What information may we collect?
When you visit our web site we may collect two types of information: personal information that you willingly choose to disclose and/or information regarding your use of our web site.
a. Personal information you choose to disclose
We collect personal information during online registration and online purchasing.

Where is this information stored?
Personal information relating to online registration is stored at the list server that delivers our electronic communications. Your information can only be accessed by us, and those who help us manage those lists to deliver electronic communications.
We use an external payment processing company to process credit card orders and bill you for goods and services purchased through our web site. The company does not use personally identifiable information for any other purpose. We do not store any credit card information.
How do we use this information?
We collect and use your personal information for our internal marketing purposes only. Bulletin Boards / Forums / Blogs
Dependent upon the product or services you have purchased from us you may have access to our exclusive members only forums. You also have the ability to comment on our blog which is not public and not restricted to members only. Please be aware that any information you submit on the forums or blog can be read, collected or used by other users. To protect your privacy when posting, replying, or commenting, your email address is not revealed. However we are not responsible for personal information you choose to disclose on these forums and blogs.
If any member of a forum sends unsolicited messages to other members they may be removed from our forums. If you think you have received an unsolicited message from a member of the forum please email us using our contact form.
Our web site gives you the opportunity to opt-in to receive communications from us. In general we use what is known as a double opt-in. With a double opt-in although you may submit personal data in order to receive communications from us you will receive an email asking you to confirm that you actually want to receive the communication before it is actually sent.
